Located in the aft of the vessel is the full beam and spacious Owner’s suite with a king berth, built-in nightstands and a pop-up TV at the foot of the bed. Surfaces are chocolate leather that blend seamlessly with the light blue and grey leather surrounds of the suite. A wardrobe and built-in dresser allow for ample storage. The well-appointed ensuite comes with his and hers sinks, shower and toilet.


The V.I.P. stateroom, located forward to port of the owner’s suite, has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The ensuite has a shower room and washbasin with toilet. There are two twin staterooms, with one able to convert to a double. Each has a pullman bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, drawers and ensuite. Each ensuite has a shower room with washbasin with a mirror overhead and a toilet.


The Upper Salon features a bar and service area, as well as a spacious seating area which can be used with coffee tables or converted to an inside dining area. The lower salon features 2 sofa areas and a coffee table seating area. A large TV provides a home cinema experience for the guests.


The extremely spacious sundeck on the bow has beanbags capable of accommodating 10 guests, complemented by a large awning for shade from the sun. On the aft deck there is a seating area covered by another awning. The main cockpit features a seating area with 2 small tables that can be joined with a centrepiece to create a large dining area for 10 guests.


Located on the lower deck forward are twin crew cabins with bunks and ensuite shower room, crew mess and galley.

Underwater Works:

Both Heat Exchangers removed, sand blasted and refurbished.

Both Raw Water Pumps fully overhauled.

Thermostats replaced and calibrated.

Anodes replaced.

Fully refurbished Fuel Pump on Port Gen.

New ECU for Stb Gen.

•             See attached invoices for full works.

•             Essentially a 3000 hour service to both and more.

•             System working perfectly and observed by Surveyor. Looking to now Winterise and preserve.

Main Engine 1200 Hour Service

•             Replaced engine oil and filter.

•             Replaced engine fuel filter.

•             Replaced sea water pump impeller.

•             Replaced V-belts.

•             Flush / cleaned sea water coolers with barnacle buster without removing.

•             Replaced coolant.

•             Checked turbo.

•             Replaced Gearbox Oil

•             Lots of other little jobs done as and when found (replacing o rings, gaskets, tightening up leaks etc).

Rudder Bearing:

•             Replaced with a brand new Orkot bearing. Should be good for another 7 plus years to the 25 year refit.

•             The shaft seal was also replaced in May 2023. This again should be good until the 25 year refit.

Reacher Stay:

•             Full rebuild of the Outer Forestay.

•             Fully serviced as new Reckman Furler Unit.

•             Brand new Aluminium Foil Sections.

•             Re headed Rod Rigging.

•             All new Turnbuckles.

•             New Pins for the bottom end.

•             Essentailly everything either replaced new or refurbished as new.

•             Reacher sail to be installed is a North Sails 3Di. It has 2 more years of service in it at least. A new one has been designed by Evolution Sails NZ.

Other Rigging:

•             Full Rig Inspection done by Marine results.

•             A problem with one of the spreaders was identified involving historic damage. The rig was removed and the damaged spreader was rebuilt as new (see report).

•             Lifting and load inspections done on the Tender and Passarelle to Commercial standards.


•             All safety gear given a full annual service by Survitech and Oscar Sierra: Liferafts; Life Jackets; Immersion Suits; Fire Extinguishers; Sarts/Epirbs; Pyrotechnics; Many other miscellaneous items.
